Apply Online
Complete our application and tell us about your housing preferences, roommate preferences (optional), and whether you need child-friendly housing.
Application Fee & Screening
A non-refundable application fee is required to begin placement. This covers placement screening, background check, and housing matching services.
Housing Match
Once approved, we work to place you in a shared house or an apartment community with shared rent based on availability, compatibility, and property requirements.
Move Forward
After placement, you receive next steps for move-in. Final rental terms are handled by the property owner or manager.

Unity Living is a room placement and shared housing service designed to help individuals find safe, stable, and compatible living arrangements across select U.S. markets. We provide private rooms in shared homes with no security deposit required. Our program focuses on intentional placement—matching individuals with homes that best align with their lifestyle, preferences, and needs.

Through our Room Placement Program, Unity Living places individuals into shared homes that are carefully selected based on compatibility, environment, and personal preferences. Placement Fit Assurance
If a placement is not a suitable fit, Unity Living offers support to assist with a replacement placement, subject to availability and program terms. Our priority is ensuring residents feel comfortable, respected, and properly matched within their living environment.
Application & Placement Fees
A $65 non-refundable application fee is required for all applicants 18 years and older at the time of application submission.
Upon approval, a $500 flat placement fee is required to secure housing placement.
The placement fee is due after application approval and prior to move-in.
First month's rent is due on the scheduled move-in date.
Fees are separate from rent and cover application processing, housing coordination, and placement services.

When you apply with Unity Living, you are enrolling in our housing placement services. Once your application is submitted and reviewed, our team begins the placement process as soon as possible.
